We hear that Elle Decor’s editor-in-chief Michael Boodro hosted the magazine’s A-List Awards last Thursday, celebrating top-tier interior designers from around the world, with a luncheon at Carnegie Hall’s Weill Terrace Room.

Guests included nonagerian design icon Mica Ertegun — the widow of Atlantic Records co-founder Ahmet Ertegun — Jamie Drake, Thom Filicia, as well as Hearst’s president, marketing and publishing director Michael Clinton and Elle Decor editor Cynthia Frank.

We also hear that the Frank Gehry-designed New York by Gehry tower in FiDi is about to list its 76th-floor penthouse for a cool $40,000 per month.

The 3,771-square-foot unit features four bedrooms, 3½ bathrooms, and views of the city’s Midtown skyline, the Hudson and East rivers and the bridges.
